I haven't been able to get to the computer until now and it has taken me about an hour to catch up and I am so angry I am shaking. This man sold this dog because he has two male puppies he is going to put through the same thing? Are the laws in Iowa that so backwoods that he can get away with this? If I had picked him up here in Texas, I would have immediately gone to the police station, showed him to them, they would have contacted the local SPCA, raided the place, taken all the dogs and arrested this guy and charged him with felony cruelty to animals. Not to mention every news station would have been on the scene. I agree something needs to be done, but it needs to be organized to make sure this guy doesn't slip through the cracks. I want to make an example of him and his whole family. And I have quite a few ideas of how to do it.
