She likes to get exercise, there's no doubt about that, but when schedules get tight and she doesn't get to the park for a couple days, she has a way of venting on her own. It's affectionally called the "boxer burn" by boxer owners and consists of running around the yard at about 300 mph with their butts nearly dragging the ground until they're falling over from exhaustion. Of course she sometimes does this for a shorter period after a good poop in the morning too.
Outside of that, I'd say she's got about the same energy level as the average healthy (not old or overweight) lab.

Here are a couple picture of our Ally when she was a pup. I just took a decent picture of her this weekend (now 1.5 years old) but it's on my other computer and by the time I get to it this thread will be on Page 2 or 3, so this will have to do.
