I'm no expert, but I think it is a relatively simple procedure to fix them. My baby (who is only 12 weeks) had one repaired at 7 weeks and the other repaired at 9 weeks. I think the only concern is anasthesia, but if you have a good vet it shouldn't be a problem. Again, I'm no expert, but I got experience in this subject right off.
*as a side note, my pup was not in my possesion yet at the time of her cherry eye repairs...don't want anyone thinking I had a crazy breeder who let who go before 7 weeks. I got her a few days after the second repair
