most adult foods and puppy foods were almost identical in protein & calcium %...sometimes the adult foods were actually a little higher in calorie, but there wasn't much of a difference

we had..
remi on puppy formula until he was about 6 months old and then switched him to adult.

Bulldog puppies do not need puppy food. They can be put right on an 'all stage' food. None of mine have ever been feed puppy food.
