I believe it's cotton with knots and stuff, very cool, and since Leeloo thinks peeing on it is the same as peeing outside I can tell you with confidence that it takes being thrown in the washer and dryer with frequency without problem... lol

they also had it in a very nice green color

This is a rather odd question, but I like your rug (in additon to cute little Leeloo), where did you get it? Is it seagrass? We have been looking for a rug for this odd space in our house and can't find one we like. Have already purchased and returned 3 different ones. Let me know.
