I would like to switch Annie to Canidae dog food. She is not a good eater and we have tried different brands of food which she will eat for a short time. She was spayed on Friday and has not been eating for 2 days so it is time for another switch. I am in the Mt. prospect/Arlington Hts area. Does anyone know a retailer where I can get this food? Also any suggestions on which one would be good for her? We are feeding her yogurt (she has been getting this since she was a small puppy) and she loves Peanut Butter.
Canidae has a website
and you can go to the retailers link and find out who carries it near you. I'm confused about your question of which one? As far as I know, there is one for older dogs and one for puppies and dogs. We feed normal Canidae to Leota, who is 2, and have loved the results.
canidae
go to http://www.canidae.com for a store locator.
switch over slowly, or she may get diahrrea. a small amt of yogurt in her food is fine.

Thank you so much for looking that up for me. I know exactly where Animal Feed and Needs is and will go there tomorrow after work. I wish you nothing by "A's" for what you are studying for. I can tell that will bie a given for you!!!
Animal Feeds & Needs
Monica,
)
I managed to get onto the store locator, and there's a place called Animal Feeds & Needs in Arlington Heights, on 401 W. Golf Rd, phone number 847-437-4738.
There are also 14 others, but in places like Libertyville, Palatine, Buffalo Grove... I don't know what's near you.
(Can you tell I'm procrastinating? I have school work I should be doing.
Thanks
I thought there were several different varieties of food available, like for allergies, for coat maintenance etc. so I didn't know which to start her on. Thanks for the info. I am having trouble getting the store locator to work but will keep trying. Again that you very much.
Store Locator
I have been trying all morning to get the store locator to work and it keeps telling me Explorer can't open that site. Did anyone else have that problem or is it my archaic computer? Anyway, thanks so much for your help. Annie says thanks too!!
