Hi,
I have 2 bulldogs one is 1 yr and one is 3 months. We are going with the Marines for 1 nt camping at the Air Force Aca. The temp is suppose to be no more then 74 degrees and I have a battery operated fan and a canopy for them. They will not be doing any hikes but staying at camp. Is this too hot for them ? Thanks
arthur sleeps in dad & mom's tent... : )
.
I meant "Nope, 74 degrees is not too hot" .....
just don't leave them in an enclosed tent unattended.
Gregg
Arthur has his own tent ?? hahahaha
Eggs Bacon - Boy and I thought Milo was spoiled lol!
I have to tell my funny story
All this camping talk reminded me of when we went camping a few months back, Glen had just spent the last half hour putting up the tent. Some noise in the bush just scared Milo to death, he bolted so fast for the tent but the screen door was closed, he hit it so hard that the whole tent collapsed - what a sight!!
(milo was ok!!)
Camping
Are they used to being outside in those temps?
We always take Milo camping with us over here, and it's usually in the 80's during the day - we always have shade for him - and hose him off if he gets to hot... Your little one should be fun... Just make sure you have an extra big tent lol!
Arthur loves to camp...
Sleeps on own air mattress in tent at night, loves the
pancakes and bacon, BBQ pork steaks, watermelon, and all the petting a bully could ever want!! : )
Good luck & take lots of pics

I went w/ my bully...
and he was just fine. We had him out of the tent mostly all of the day except for when he was too pooped, he would go to the tent door and scratch, so we would let him in to nap...hehehe...He is too primadonna to sleep on the dirt up the mtns. Anyhow, he loved it and all my co-workers brought their dogs too and it was just a great time, He was wiped out.. And we just made sure we had lots of water, all of our sites had their own water and electric access. Have a great time, your bullies will love it!!! Mine did...I wish I could go but I am 5 months pregnant and don't want to take a chance being away from home and something happening...
bring an exersize pen and a mesh cover for shade.
Also bring plenty of bottled water. Have fun.

Nope
I wouldn't leave them in a totally enclosed tent alone for any length of time, because of the amount of heat that can build up in a tent.
Have fun!
But where was your camera??
Now THAT would have been a Summer picture contest winner, without cheating with Hawaiian beach pictures...
