What type of brush does everyone use to groom their Bulldogs? I don't think I am usung the best kind for her coat. Gretta loves to be brushed...and actually makes a purring sound...must feel so good

I also use a shedding blade on all of my Bulldogs, and on the rescues. They all seem to enjoy it very much. The shedding blade gets rid of all that loose hair that probably makes them at least uncomfortable if not itchy. Also, I have found that if I have a lot of hair on my carpet, the shedding blade will clean up what my vacuum will not pick up.
Shedding Blade
I use a shedding blade on Daisy and it seems to do a very good job. She just sits there and lets me brush her, so I think she enjoys it!

A round comb for flat tops from barber works great!
I use it on Arthur in the shower and as a comb/brush.
It massages the skin during the shower, great tool for scratching the back of the neck! LOL

Stripping knife
I use a strippng knife, which is used like on Schnauzers. It works really well to get all those fuzzy hairs underneath the coat!
Rubber Curry Brush
It pulls out all the dead hair. I really like it.
