This little guy is grieving for his lost family, but I already see promising signs of his bonding with me. Donkeys LOVE you. He tucks his head into my chest and his lower lip gets droopy. Sort of like Betty does.

By the way, Dawn, I love your new donkey. My uncle had a little burro and, any time you went up the fence, he would snuggle up to you. But then, the little bugger would grab a section of your sleeve in his mouth and wouldn't let go! So cute!

just an old stick outside makes them happy here. a cardboard box inside too...and a biscuit inside keeps them thinking in the house too.. they are a hoot to watch to try to find out how to get it out.

does not take that much to entertain a bulldog if food is involved..lol
I found the knuckle bones are cheap enough too..and keep the entertained for a long long time here too

even though she is blind and deaf..she still has a snout..
that sense of smell is very very important to a dog
