She was lucky to have you and I know how she must have loved rides in the Mini, I can so relate.
I have a Mini too and Frankie and I drive up to the coffee shop just about everyday, she loves it.

Bailey was my first Bulldog. She was a rescue girl at 7 months old. From the first day I got her I promised her that while her life started out rocky, she'd never have to worry about anything ever again. I had her back. I'm glad that I had her so long... so many bullies die far to young.

I won't have another bulldog until next winter. The girl that I'm getting one out of won't be breeding until next Aug or so. It's a long, long wait and a very empty house, but I really think that the new girl will be totally worth it. My only regret is that Bailey won't be around to meet the new puppy and teach her the ropes. In honor of Bailey I'll figure out a way to incorporate Bay's name into the new puppy's registered name.

Goes out to you, I'm so very sorry, I pray the Good Lord brings you comfort and heals your broken heart. Please take comfort in that she did pass doing what she loved to do and it sounds like she didn't suffer. I pray that when my babies leave me they go in the same way without suffering. I'm sending you many prayers for comfort , I hope the memories bring a smile to your heart soon.

I would just like you to know that it is is just tearing me up reading about all these people that are loosing their Bulldogs. I know that everyone and everything eventually has to go in this world, but just reading these posts has got me wondering what would happen if I would ever lose my boy. I could not imagine and I send you my deepest condolences.
