Yes, finally!!
I was on the phone with Charter Communications, and they were completely stumped. They could access the site but I could not. Then of all a sudden, it worked around 5 pm. But I couldn't get on all day today, all day yesterday, most of Saturday, and at all on Friday night. That sure was a long maintenance they did, lol.
