Well we seem to be the only ones up here in Tallahassee :0)
Re: I'm in Jacksonville
Please let us know. We would love to meet you and Buddy!
Joanna & Sheldon
I'm in Jacksonville
Problem is Buddy doesn't travel well and doesn't do good outside at all. Even going to the vets he gets to breathing very hard. Not sure how he would do. Going to talk to the vet next time we have to go.

NO SHADE
But if we did it at dusk, it might be okay. I don't know anything about Markham Park. The dog park near downtown Ft. Lauderdale does not really have any shade and I don't think you can reserve. I believe it closes at 7pm.
Here is a link re FL dog parks. Haven't checked it out, yet.

Thought I would share these pics from last summer.

That is Shelley on the right, trying to hook up with a hot mama.
This is Sheldon and his buddy Tank. Tank's mommy works at the doggie daycare so Sheldon gets to see him a lot.
My bulldog's name is Spencer
Spencer just came back from the vet today and he is weighing in at 45 lbs. @ 6 months.

It's HOT down here :)
I just responded to your post further down the page and made reference to the problem we have down here with the hot weather. One thought might be the dog beach. Dogs are aloud from 7-9 p.m. on Fri-Sun at Sunrise and A-1-A. Also, I've never been to Markam Park, is that the one in Plantation? How is it?

P.S.
What's your bully's name? Can you post a pic, pretty please
Put me on the list!! I want to meet all the local bullies
Dear Cristina,
Im here in Ft Lauderdale. May I recommend Markham Park?? Lotz of lot space and I think it can be reserved; probably for a fee.
But remember!! Florida heat and bulldogs dont mix.. Maybe early morning or late afternoon get together
Ft. Lauderdale
Hi Cristina. How awesome of you to take on this task!! Sheldon and I are in Ft. Lauderdale. Florida is just such a big state, it might be hard to pick a centralized location, i.e. it is about 5 hours from Miami to Tampa and about 7 from Miami to Jacksonville. I know about 7 bullies that go to Sheldon's doggie day care in Ft. Lauderdale. Maybe we can get Buddies Thru Bullies involved, too (they had a dog wash at his day care last summer). Let me know if there is anything I can do to help
. Sheldon sends smooches to Leeloo, ya know, he is lookin' for a girlfriend
