Are anyone else's posts disappearing?

I keep posting and everything goes perfectly smoothly and yet, when I refresh, they're gone!

Will this one even show up?

I have been having the same problem since last night. I type my message and then hit post and everything disapears! I have typed the same message about 3 times till it finally posted.
