Anyone out there a sketch/pencil artist..help
Submitted by bulldogsworld on April 20, 2010 - 5:26pmI have long had a idea on a logo i really want for teh main header of bulldogsworld.com and perhaps to use on shirts as well. It is very in depth and would be beautiful. Problem is I dont know any one who is a great artist that can draw real looking bulldogs and do it very well. I have a plan to have the words BULLDOGSWORLD across a artist white piece of paper, in block letters with 4-5 bulldog puppies standing, crawling, laying over the sign and one sitting at the end of bulldogsworld with a sign in its mouth that says .com or hanging around its neck. I also wanted color pencils used in some of it. Anyone know a great artist who could do this? I WOULD REALLY love to see this done!!!Please!!! ( by teh way if they would donate this drawing it would be of great help)
This is not exactly a sketch artist but could work...

you know those little picture booths at malls that do sketches off of pictures? I've actually tried it and they come out really nice... maybe that could work if you had the right pic? The pic could even be altered with graphics to be exactly how you envisioned it and then sketch it....

Well that is a copyright drawing and the person that did it charges a great deal of money for a custom job. That is why I used it becasue it was something like I wanted, but not exactly, but kind of allowed me to see teh possibilites!. I have had an idea for a long time, the puppies may be similar to what i want but the concept is different completely. Even the puppies will not be the same, like one standing up on the B in bulldogsworld, one sticking his head thru one of the "O" in bulldogsworld,etc...
My brother went to art school.
He draws alot of really cool stuff. I'll ask him if he can draw bulldogs and let you know soon.

Who did the drawing of the bulldogs at the top of the page? It is really cute and looks like the style you are describing.
