I have a 42 inch long crate for Flynn but would like to get her a longer one, such as 60 inches but I can't find anyone who sells one. Unlike my other dogs, I have to crate Flynn when I'm not home because she destroys every piece of wood she can find, such as window sills, desks, door trims, etc. She is obsessed with chewing wood items.
Thanks.

as a rectangle, it would be 38 x 76..
you can put it in any shape you want. There is a pic with a GSD where it is in a rectangle.

I don't rescue animals because I want to feel better about myself, or morally superior to anyone. The best part of my life with animals is the humility they teach and the humanity the foster.
38" across at each end and two 38" panels on each side.
What I like about it is that you can put the gate on the side or at the end.

That one is very nice too
I wonder how far across it is. They only give the dimensions for the individual panels. You're right, I would prefer a lower height. The only downside to that Cottageview model is that it is 4 feet high, a bit much.

Sure, it would be fine..
I was thinking you could find one that isn't so tall. She probably doesn't need more than 2 or three feet. My dogs don't try to jump a 24 inch baby gate. I've had rescues that do though. Once had an old fat guy who climbed a 36" xpen fence. I couldn't figure out how he was escaping until I caught him in the act!

You can get black chain link. More stylish for indoors. LOL
Hey, Costco had some runs a while back. Check their site out.
Jon Katz "Soul of a Dog"
The chain link ones wouldn't look right indoors
that Cottageview model looks great tho, even if it's meant for outdoors. I have a spare bedroom I could put that one in.

Now that would be perfect, that looks like what I saw at the dog
actually that one is even wider. I wonder if it can be used indoors.

you can get smaller ones..
do a google search for "runs" or "kennels" Maybe you can find a company that does chain link fencing and order panels and make your own, probably for a lot less.

you can buy a dog run. Here is one at Petco...
Jon Katz "Soul of a Dog"
Thanks!
Ironically, I had gone to their site and used their search engine but it didn't pull up that crate for some reason.

PetEdge actually sells the perfect crate that I want. They are about 6 feet long and 4 feet wide, maybe even bigger than that. The store where I buy my dogs' food has several of them that they use to display rescued dogs available for adoption. But the store told me that PetEdge only sells those models to stores, not to retail customers, and the store I go to does not sell them to customers. Grrrr.

Pet Edge catalog
I just received a new Pet Edge catalog in the mail today. MidWest has a single door iCrate 54" on pg 97. (XXL). I known someone that has a 60" but I don't know where she got it.

http://norcalbulldogrescue.org
She's no longer puppy size, and she can easily knock over a X-pe
I just wish she would outgrow the wood chewing stage. My older bulldog, Boo, went thru it as a puppy but long ago got over it.
