Is anyone here a Graphic Artist who has done book covers

before, such as for a novel?? If so, email me to let me know how much you would charge to do one for me. I have a certain image in my mind, but I can't even draw a circle. The novel is set during the early days of the Civil War and the scene would involve a draw bridge across a narrow river traversed by shrimp boats, etc. Thanx.

Not lately, but I read The Onion Field, The New Centurions, and others. Loved them. But I don't recall seeing any of his latest books.

I am a studio artist and aty teacher. I really don't have enough experience to help you out, but I just met a guy (at play rehearsal) who illustrates for Hyperion Press. He was working on something at rehearsal and it was very good. If you would like, I could pass along your email. Let me know.

interesting. Gary, do you ever read Joseph Wambaugh books? I don't read much (I can't read 2 paragraphs with out falling asleep), although I like too. He is my favorite author. I really want to write some children's books, but wouldn't have a clue where to even get started.
