Amy, I'm glad Audrey is home

I will keep her in my prayers.

Scary stuff!---

But I'm glad to hear that she is home, and doing better Amy.

What a relief

I haven't been on as much and just caught up on the roller coaster story of your grandbaby. WOW, I am so relieved that the MRI was clear. And I am glad that she is home. Vomiting is a side effect of concussion? If so, sounds like a normal progression and should improve as she heals?

You and your family are in my prayers!

Hugs,
Dawn

Sounds like better news...

I've sure been thinking about that little girl & you too. happy.gif

Our grandkids have had numerous mishaps over the years & as a Grandma I always feel kind of helpless---always hoping my own adult kids are doing the right thing! LOL Fortunately the little ones are tougher than you might think.

My husband had a concussion after falling down the steps. He never threw up but he felt kind of woozy/dizzy all the next day. He's doing fine now.

Well the fact that they let her go home is WONDERFUL

I sure hope she continues to improve. Do you have any pictures? I am a sucker for another Audrey!

She is still asleep this morning.

She was up during the night vomiting again, but since about 2am or so she has slept off and on. I haven't gotten to see her this morning yet to see if she looks any better. They brought her home last night late and she was able to eat a bit, but then threw it back up. I think they fed her again at around 4am and she has kept that down.

Thank you for asking, I appreciate it:-)

No he didn't score it...but I would say it was maybe an 8.

Out of 10 anyways. And I think the Olympics SHOULD have this sport. I would totally win that!

I am also very glad Audrey is feeling better today. What a nasty concussion for that girl. Scared the heck out of us all, that is for sure.

Amy and Sophia

So, did he score it?

1 to 10? Maybe you could introduce it as a new Olympic sport. Yikes, that's gotta hurt.

Glad Audrey is feeling better, what a scare.

Lady, staying on is the whole point. I was doing well at it unti

Kora, the Dobe I am going to murder, got behind my Mustang and snapped at his heels...while I was riding bareback of course. He took off in a flying bucking rodeo, and when he almost was to the wire fence he stopped dead in his tracks and spun so fast the other direction I had no chance. I flew off (and girlfriend, my son in law who saw the whole thing, says I flew GOOD!), did an in-the-air somersault, and landed on my back, shoulders and head all at the same time:-) The pain is bearable right now, but tomorrow I better have some dang good drugs or I am not moving. Got an extra back brace anywhere? To top it ALL off, I have a cold. Send me a straight jacket, that might work best:-)

A football helmet would have done me no good today! Shoulder pads would have helped, but bubble wrap would have saved the day!

But on a good note, Audrey is feeling better today and has eaten successfully a couple of times:-)

Amy and Sophia

How about a football helmet, some shoulder pads

and a really big body guard, along with Olivia, you and your granddaughter should be O.K.

So, out "riding" today. I don't know much about riding horses but I do know that you are supposed to stay on their backs. Just a thought.

Hope you are O.K.

Buy me a LOT of bubble wrap! And my grand baby, too!

We both are in need!

And hey Lynn, how's about offering to pay Rottie's salary to come live with me and help me when I am old and crippled? I don't think I am gonna live all that long at this rate, and it won't cost you too much!

By the way, now I know what poetry in motion feels like when it hits the ground from the back of a spooked and galloping/bucking Mustang:-) Ice anyone?

Amy and Sophia

Amy, what are we going to do with you?

So glad that your special little baby girl is home. Poor munchin.
