the amount of ingredients the eaasier on the stomach and on the alergies as well

Natural balance has a few limited ingredients diets out there..
lamb and rice is one of them..and they just add oil to it too..
maybe call about that one..

I have used the same ones for years!

Stainless steel bowls. He does have a little mat under his bowls, but he has had the bowls and mat for years. Nothing has changed in the house, no new furniture or anything like that. I havbe no clue what it could be, but I do notice his symptoms right after he eats.

But one other question...what type food dish do you feed in?

almost a year. I notice that about 15 minutes after he eats it, his eyes and gumd get very red and he can hardly open his eyes. He eats mostly at night. I go home on my lunch break everyday and he doesnt have the red eyes, its right after he eats. I wonder if they changed something in the food?

Is it plastic or rubber? Metal? What about a place mat under his dish, is there one? I am gonna almost bet it isn't his food causing the allergy, but something in his environment.

it is a pretty popular dogfood really..
it is great in sense that there is nothing much to be alergic too and it is easy on the stomach..
I had great results with it..like I said
it comes in different flavours but for now keep it simple
and get the lamb and rice..

it is available at all big dogfood and pet places..all over NORTH america

If you haven't given it at least 6 weeks, you haven't given it enough time to work all the allergens from anything else he has had out of his system. Also, the Fish may cause some issues, though that is what I feed and it does great for Sophie. Maybe try the venison? I would at least try for a while longer, if I remember correctly you only just went with this food recently?

or do a cooked/raw combo? I believe it's Sandy who cooks potatoes and oats and adds raw chicken. When you consider how much $$ you are spending at the vets, it may end up costing the same or even less long term.

because shortly after he eats he gets reds eyes and really red gums.....He seems fine during the day but when he eats when I am home he gets those symptoms...Hope he's not allergic to me!!!! lol

Thanks for the tip! Can I get that at Petco? I normally buy his food from a feed store which carries alot of food that is not carried in Petco & Petsmart but for some lame reason I got the food at Petco this time and I have to exchange it there! Thanks again

it just has lamb, rice and sunflower oil
very very simple
it is used for dogs with sensitive stomachs and such too
I used this food with great success with a boston...
even used by some of the rescue groups here in Canada..
very simple and comes in moist and dry

for the last 2 years and they have been great on it.I know people who feed the fish and I just don't like it as well and for sure could do without the smell of it.I use to like the Duck & Potato but since they changed the formula recently I know people have had some problems with it.

are you sure it is the natural balance and not something airborn??? try the natural balance sweet potato & venison?? I have heard great things about the venison.
