Ah, the joys of spring (no pic, but maybe next time!)

Pride seems to be doing much better. I'm still sleeping on the floor with her and she likes that alot, though I'm really starting to miss my own bed.

Well, it seems some bunnies (very very small bunnies, really cute!) have moved in under the bay window in our diningroom and Pride has spotted them. She wants to do her hound/retriever impression, but I'm trying to hold her back. If she races too hard, even a short sprint, it will cause her some trouble.

So I have to check the lawn first, make sure the bunnies are in hiding, before I can turn my determined Bully hunter loose. Those wascally wabbits!!

So happy to hear she

is doing better. LOL she sounds like Theo with the cats.

Pride

Gail,

Glad to hear Pride is doing better. The visual of a Bulldog on the hunt, makes me chuckle.

Good Luck

Lynn K

Gail I am so happy pride is beter...smiling oh so wide...

and I know the floor bed so well too...chuckle...I'd watch hubby sleeping and snoring contently on the big feather mattress and down comforter..and I'd be on the floor holding which ever needy paws I was with...however like you there is no place else I would be....smile
but the floor sure isn't a feather bed...lol
..awe baby bunnies...I bet Pride is fascinated...my zoo would be going bonkers..."mum let us out chew toys and they move...mum pleeze".....
....hugs to you and the Princess...love ya ce

And a wascally bulldog too!

So glad to hear Pride is getting better. Maybe Noah could give her a ride while she chases the wabbits. Uh, just kidding.

I am glad to hear the good news.

Tell Elmer Bully to relax and leave the bunnies alone.

Vets won't commit themselves to an explanation ....

They made a courtesy follow-up call yesterday. I told them of my lingering concerns and asked if follow-up x-rays might be a good precautionary measure. They said the tests and exam don't show evidence that anything further is required.

So I'm thinking ... why did they bother to call at all?

Margaret-- I got your e-mail. Tried to respond, but I think I have to do some defragmentation first. The screen goes blank when I try to reply. I'll get back to you later.

Oh Pride.... you silly girl.

You're a BULLDOG, not a bloodhound!

I'm so glad things are improving. And she's enjoying her snuggly time with Mom. Have you tried an Aero Bed?

Julia

Glad she is doing better.

What explanation does your vet give you for why she is still having breathing trouble? You just wonder.

Flora is a small furry animal hunter, too. Never catches them, but roots in the ground and runs after them if she sees them.

so glad to hear

I am so glad that pride is doing better. Give that big hunter a hug from me and tell her she will be chasing those wabbits in no time at all....
