worrisome legslation in Texas

Please read this and if you live in Texas - please email the office of the Governor to say that you don't want this bill going thru.

What is so worrisome is that any other State could be next!

i'm from canada so my opinion might not mean or be much but...

i might not necessarily agree for the honest and more reputable breeders,but we've

all seen,heard the horrific,tragic and gut wrenching scenes and stories from various puppy mills

and maybe a crackdown like that might halt the ''business as usual" minded ones,who are

all about the money and not the breed or the animals(care and welfare) per se

the scary part is HOME INVASION! And a 'bounty' for those who turn a person in. If that doesn't sound like the world depicted in the book 1984...

I see this as a tool the AR people are using to fulfill their ultimate goal of NO DOMESTIC ANIMALS.

As for your concern about Puppy Mills, there are plenty of laws on the books directed at protecting animals for breeding and those farmed. All that needs be done is to enforce those laws.

without my permission and without me being home and you will have problems. What happens if a bounty hunter goes in and a dog bites them???

No one should be allowed into anyones home without permission or them being there...unless there is a different legal issue and a warrant has been issued. But to actually pay for someone to turn someone else in is absurd.
