Boo's passing reminded me of many happy memories on BDW with Gary and his Cajun Hussies. My Junior, who will be 11 July 18th was part of the old gang. I'm wondering how many of the "oldies" are still around. I'd post a pic of Junior, but I don't know how to. If I want to visit BDW these days I have to request a new log in each time, so I mostly just read The Porch and do occasional fly by's here to see what's going on.
Hope you are all doing well and I'd love to hear if any of Junior's senior friends are still around. I saw a post below about Zimmer being nine. I remember when he was just a baby. Glad to see he is doing well!
Elaine, Junior, Izzy (my newest baby,) Teddy, Bentley, and Angels Roxy and Belle

Elaine I have been here three years now.
I Remember your Crew. It was still Dave's house when I join BDW. Good to see here. I haven't been on everyday since my Divorce and working two full time jobs but I'm still here and going throw huge withdraws not being here all the time .

Elaine, I thought the same thing
with Boo's leaving, made me think about the old timers. So many "originals" have gone, breaks my heart. I hope that alot of the senior pups are still around, maybe their owners are just not posting so much.
Hugs to Junior, he sure is one precious ole guy.

Ollie is 8 and he's been here...
his entire life! He's starting to look like an old guy, he was such a cute pup with his Nike swoosh over his eye, now it's all gray.
Nike swoosh, can't beat that
gray or not, it's certainly his signature mark.
Love Ollie

I have been on this board a long time
and in that time, I have said good-bye to 10 dogs. All but one was a Bulldog.
A friend of mine pointed out that my ole man Jack (JRT X) has turned completely gray, his whole body is gray. Still going strong at 12 years old.

Not so much an oldie, more like middle aged!
We got Maude in December 2006 and I've been on here since then. I can't believe my girl's going to be 6 in October!
I love seeing all of the originals I first met here and it's great to see so many new people also.
Monica, Maude and Gus
I remember when you came on board.
I had not been a member for very long, just since May of 06. Sophie will be 7 in January, can you believe it!

Matilda and I have been peeking in
for 8 years. Many mornings I have my first smile of the day from someone's post on this board. I've listen to alot of sound advice and support hear, too. I have checked this board almost every day for all these 8 years!

Original BDW since 2001-2002 maybe?
...with Frankie & Buster. I met Stephanie with Maybull on the street here in Minneapolis and she told me about it. She's such a good bulldog spotter, aren't we all!!
You can log in with your email now and uploading is a lot easier I noticed. Try it by clicking on the green picture icon and then the browse icon to the right of the "image URL box, there's instruction after that and you can go straight to your desktop. I can't upload from Photobucket on The Porch anymore. Crazy how all the interfaces change...and daily haha
Here's some pics of the original Frankie & Buster..
Grady...who will be 9 next month:
And Burnice who is almost 1 1/2:
We had so much fun with the pirate stuff:-)
I just won't ever forget those good times:-) Glad you have stuck around:-)
Amy and Sophia
You too lady!
LOVE all your pics and animals!!
Well, Sophia is a middle ager:-) 6.5 years we have been around.
Glad to see you Elaine. You shouldn't have to use a new log in each time. PM me and tell me what's going on.

Jeeves is 11 years and 4 months...
and I am so grateful he is doing so well. Amazingly, he still has lots of energy and has a huge zest for life. He has been such a kind friend to me, and was so sweet, loving, and devoted to Angel.
Hello Eileen, good to see you here.
Thanks for checking in:-) Glad Jeeves (I love that name!) is doing ok. Hugs to you guys!
Amy and Sophia
Glad to hear that Eileen
I didn't realize Jeeves and junior were so close in age. Junior is a bit slower, but he still jumps up from wherever he is and comes running when he hears the kibble being served up.
Griffin is 10, Gracie is 8, and Sugar Booger is 11~~~the
G's have been on BDW for a long time~~~~we just don't post much anymore~~

We're here on and off --- Started coming here about 10 yrs ago
when Norbert was 6 or 7, he's been gone for 5 years now.
MacKenzie was 9 last month, Cleo was 7 a couple of weeks ago, Ester was 5 in April and Kohl the baby was 2yrs 4 days ago.
I have loved having you and your babies on the board.
You always have great information to share and help lots of folks that are new bully owners. Thanks for hanging out and being there for so many of us.
Amy and Sophia
I still pop in occasionally. Maizy is 9 1/2.
I found BDW when Maizy was just a few months old.
Hey Gal:-) Good to see you:-)
Howis the show business going?! Anymore cool titles? Coming to Dallas ever?!
Amy and Sophia
I know I've been here for years but I don't know when I actually
started coming here. I know I still had quite a few bullies when I first found this site.
Dave was of course still here. Many others have come and gone since.
You have been here as long as me, haven't you?
Hey, how are you, anyway? Hope things are leveling off for you?
Amy and Sophia
Yeah, I think we are here about the same amount of time.
I'll always be here even if someday I no longer have a bullie. I'm so addicted to the breed and love seeing how much everybody loves their dogs, as they should be loved.
Thanks for asking, Amy. Things are pretty much the same here.. just have to take it day by day. Some days he is just so weak and tired he can hardly move at all. Then a couple of days later he is up and sitting outside and will ride with me to the grocery store. It's been 26 months since his diagnosis. So, he is hanging in there longer than most.
My Mom is a worry though.. her alzheimers is progressing and it's so sad to see her like this. My Dad is doing great though, thank God.
How is everything with you? How is your Mom doing? Hope all is well.
Girl, you have so much on your plate. I am so sorry...
Yet it is good your husband has held in there. My aunt is in her end stages of Alzheimers and it is so sad. She doesn't know any of us anymore, just her husband. He is there 24/7, that is why she knows him. My mom is doing great. She is coming out for a visit on Saturday with my nephew. They will be here a week, it will be good to see them both!
Hang in there, I am still praying for you all...
Amy and Sophia
I'm still here.
I've been very busy the last few weeks, but I'm still a regular. My bullie Maybull is 12-years old now and a grumpy old lady. "You kids, get off my lawn!"
And I am glad your are
Maybull has a right to be a grumpy ole lady
Hugs to Maybull
Lynn King CPDT-KA
Hi Stephanie. I am also thankful you are still here:-)
I like hearing your stories of Maybull. She is quite the lovely lady:-)
Amy and Sophia
So nice to hear some of Junior's original friends are still here
I miss those old times when the pages used to scroll by so fast. So nice to see so many of you are still around. I have some more recent pics on Facebook. Look me up as "Elaine Correia Garcia" I still have a Flickr file as ElaineJuniorRoxy too. Friend me on FB if you're on there.
