Along comes an asswipe like this guy.  I hope when he's doing time that he gets put in a cell with some guys that appreciate all of those beefcake photos he's posted on Facebook.  Those should help make him real popular.

I hate ppl who do this to animals. 

that it is actually work... especially those who get puppies and expect them to be the perfect dog overnight, and then end up abusing or mistreating, or leaving them in the yard because they arent cute or they cant handle them anymore.

this is why, anytime I am out with kibby, and people always stop, stare and ask how much, i always always complain about how much work, time, maintenance, and medical bills it is to take care of her.

He is the lowest of the low. Pond scum eats him for breakfast.  But we know how the law looks at these cases. The guy will probably get probation and move onto another innocent dog or worse, a child.  :-(
