Where to find canned pumpkin?

Looked at the grocery store (Safeway) we went to last time to find some canned pumpkin but not there anymore. Must have been a seasonal item. Has anyone been had luck finding it anywhere else? Thanks.

The grocery stores carry it, but not where there are canned vegetables. It will be down the isle where there is baking items, like cake mixes and such. T^hen you will see canned pie fillings, you should see a selection of Libby's or other brands, get Pumpkin, but NOT pumpkin pie filling.

There was a shortage last year, but it's plentiful here now...
I know whole foods and trader joes has it, our safeway and frys have it also. In the baking section.

I find the Pumpkin in the baking area, if its not in with the canned veggies - you DO NOT want the Pie Mix,

Usually I find it with the canned sweet potatoes or sometimes in the baking aisle. But I always grab the nearest stocker and make them search too.

Pumpkin---many uses
they threatend a shortage, but we never saw it in our stores. I buy the stuff all the time, it is perfect to add to curries, and to make Chicken Enchilada sauce with!
