Submitted by VickyIzzyApollo on March 7, 2012 - 1:00pmI am Greg's sister (Karen's sister-in-law) and our family is devastated with the loss of beloved Baxter. I have two bullies of my own, and our family became bully-crazy when Ozzy came into our lives. The rest is history! We all know Karen is the most creative person on the planet and has entertained us forever with Ozzy stories, life with Treadmill guy (aka Greg), and then introducing us to the wonderful world of Baxter and Buddy, as well as black brudder Bonkers. I know she has enriched my life so, and I look forward to her posts daily!!!!
The outpouring of love and support from the Bulldog World is truly overwhelming, and the world is a smaller place when we all come together to share in the best and the worst of our beloved Bullies. I have loved every minute of participating in this amazing place, and while I don't participate to the extent of Karen and Greg, I feel like we are all friends none the less. I thank you all for your kind words and it has helped to make me less sad.

It is a special thing that Karen does, sharing their lives through videos & pics. I, too, look forward to her posts every day. It makes you really feel like you know them personally. Loosing Baxter feels like loosing one of our own....it's devastating. My heart goes out to all your family, you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Thank you for posting.

in the lil time i have joined this group i have to know almost everyone in here
and recognize them by their bullies...i too lost my archie 43 days ago and
the only solace and comfort was in here...so when one is hurt we ALL hurt,
when one passes we ALL feel the devastation and take it as loos of our own...
it truly is a sad day in the bully world...baxter was truly beloved by all...

i havent been on in a couple days, but when i opened the
page up and saw BAXTERS name, i instantly cried as I scrolled down to find out what happened. I had read about the seizures, but did NOT expect this!!!! Many many hugs - it's so sad! I loved seeing pics of them "bookend brothers" as i called them. Sending love and prayers and strength......
