we took off for a weekend, she got to stay in a hotel and thought she was pretty much the QUEEN, We went to whole foods and got stuff off the salad bar and she got to go to a park and each roasted chicken pieces, roasted beet cubes, and some mashed pumpkin and butternut squash.
No cake for her, But I need to come up with one for her real birthday....either that or she will think she gets to go to Disney Land for Puppies or something!
Off the top of my head I think you could easily make a little cupcake with some mashed carrot, green beans etc, use egg as a binder. I would add some coconut oil and coconut flour--but you may not have that. The egg alone would be enough of a binder, a whole egg for a cup, with some veg. and bake it in a cupcake. then mix up (in a food processor or blender) some plain greek yogurt with some frozen blue berries, it will make like an ice cream! Also great done with frozen blueberries and "SO Delicious" brand Coconut milk (plain or vanilla--Vanilla has a little sugar), in the dairy section. THen mama and daddy can have homemade healthy ice cream with her!....we make that ice cream at least once a week, no sugar, no preservatives, and super healthy!

I make a lean hamburger and rice dish. So call birthday cake. I make a cupcake out of H.B the add rice around the bottom candle in the middle and we are good to go. Then I make a fruit salad which they all love. Honeydew watermelon . They love that the best.

Maybull's birthday is Saturday. We're planning on buying and roasting a turkey thigh, cutting it up and giving that to her. Turkey is her favorite.
