I saw Chester few times yesterday and last time i saw him I got the cutest little butt and tail wiggle. He was so drugged but yet wanted me to know how happy he was to see me. I melted there They kept in in ICU overnight as he is more comfortable there and they can watch him rather than just periodically check on him. Apparently early morning my little Houdini got up and decided to jail break. I bet he was looking for me. They had to put a gate for him so he does not try to walk away and hurt himself. He is still very weak but looks better. Pills are keeping the pain away but also make him sleepy and just stay put. Chester is melting hearts to the right and left and I am starting to suspect they do not want to let him go from ICU and want to keep him as a mascot :-) Apparently there is always someone sitting next to him cooing and stroking him and telling him how handsome he is. His head is going to get even bigger :-) I pray he heals without complications, we are in this critical period that scares doctor very much and I am petrified, but I need to take it one step at a time. If he did well overnight they might let me take him home to nurture him to health as they believe my 24/7 care will be much better than sitting in a hospital kennel. There are risks associated with being far away from hospital and in this critical period, but they think he will recover faster in my loving hands, he is a total momma's boy. Please keep my boy in your thoughts and prayers if you can spare them so that he he recovers without complications. Hug your babies and give them hugs kiss from us.
