Still would love some more help on medical board

Kippah woke up with hives...there were small and clumped together, when I got home from work the ones that were more isolated are gone, and the major clumps have joined together as one, some as large as my entire thumb.  More Benedryl at 4pm and now at 8 they seem to maybe have gone down a little.

But the big question is the cause,....any suggestions on what else I can consider, elimate, look for etc?

There are so many things it could be...

bug bite, rug shampoo, fabric softener, detergent (Tide is the worst, my boy would break out in hives if he walked into a room where something was washed in Tide), bug spray, fertilizer, air freshener.  Doesn't even have to be something new, I've developed allergies to things I've been eating or using for years.
