So Fatboy and I are back from the vet's office
Submitted by Fatboy on November 16, 2011 - 3:10pmAnd he's OK. He has allergies (which explains the breathing issue and phlegm) and only one anal gland needed to be expressed. So I'm glad to know he's fine. However, I pulled a muscle in my back picking him up onto the vet table. So now I might be the one to see the doc next lol I know I should have waited for the vet tech to pick him up, but I figured that I pick him up when I get him into the bath tub with no problems. He is a solid 46 lbs. that I picked up the wrong way *ouch* It was a mission driving home because I can't turn to look behind me on my right side. And I can't laugh either cause it hurts.
But on a lighter note Fatboy was a hit at Starbucks! I went through the drive through before we got home and everyone came to the window to look at him. The baristas kept saying his name and he just had this look on his face like ".....how do thEY KNOW MY NAME?!" It was very comical lol

I tell ya, Meaty weighs 89 pounds and I use our wonder-bull ramp to get him in and out of the car, but my hubby insists on lifting him......it concerns me A LOT! I hope your back is better!!! Oh, how I know your
