Shannon and Julie, how did the pick-up go today?

Just wondering how all of you are doing.

She's so wonderful!!

Lynn, she's in terrible shape (infected ears, weeping open bed sores all over, entropian, clearly had puppies very recently w/o a c-section, & does not weigh more than 30 pounds). But she is the sweetest little girl, she ran right up to me (doing the happy bully wiggle) & has been my bulldog shaped shadow since getting home. Each time I sit on the floor she climbs right in to my lap.

She is awesome! I have cried a couple times about how sweet she is & her condition. It doesn't help that she looks like she could be Winston's sister.

You are such a wonderful person

My heart goes out to both of you. Thank you on behalf of all bull dog lovers for your selfless act and deep committment to helping.

Emma and her mom

It went amazing- she came out happy and her butt was a

wiggling.  She loved the chicken and hotdogs.  She melted when you touched her.  Total sweet love bug.  She is in bad shape. She has sores all over her and her tail and ears did not look good.  The staff said she looks so much better now than when she came in.  I can not imagine because I almost cried when I saw her.    The rescue is going to name her Noel.  She is going to make someone a wonderful pet.  She has been very neglected - looks like she just had pups.  She deserves a wonderful future.  I am so glad Bulldog Rescue stepped in to save her- it would have been a great loss if the shelter had gone through with putting her down.   Will post pics soon.

Thanks for all of your advice.

just goes to show you that most shelters just don't know bulldogs. So glad  you were able to help her.
