Scarlett has crossed the Rainbow Bridge

My beautiful baby girl Scarlet crossed the Bridge today. She had her surgery and everthing seemed fine and 2 hours later the vet called me to say that she had died. He thinks her heart gave out.  I am overcome with grief.  She was only 9.  I have 3 other bullies but she gave me all my beautiful babies, 3 beatuful litters of bulldogs.  I will miss her greatly.  I do believe that she had cancer and maybe this was God's way of preventing her from suffering.  the vet said if it was what he suspected she probably would of only had 3 months to live.  Bulldogs own a piece of your heart like no other breed.  It has been a very hard week, but I don't think she suffered long.  I think she became ill very quickly.  Remember to give all of your bullies hugs and kisses.  I fed her scrambled eggs last night, one of her favorite meals.  I know all of you understand my loss.  She is free to run at the Rainbow Bridge with all of the other bullies till we meet again.

I totally understand your heartbreak.  Nine is pretty young to go, but I suppose this was better than suffering through cancer, like you said.

Still, I know that doesn't take away the pain for now and I send you my sincerest condolences for the passing of your beautiful girl.

RIP sweet Scarlett.

Im so sorry.  It sounds like you have nothing but the best intentions for your baby though and Im sure she is happy to be pain free and know that she will remembered in your memories and in all her children.
