That story makes me so sick.
That story makes me so sick. My father's bulldog, Spike, who I had helped care for on occasion as well, was stolen out of his home a couple years ago. The police did nothing. They considered it no more important than had someone taken a knick-knack and were not interested in taking evidence from the door that had been broken into or anything. Needless to say, my father never got Spike back and knowing the neighborhood he lives in, I can only assume the worst:( I wish our society would realize that our pets are not property, but family and treat their theft and abuse as such.
