Does anybody use raised dog bowls? My concern is that Otis eats with such enthusiasm that his bowl usually scoots away as he is eating even though it has a rubber bottom, I worry he might knock over the raised feeders as he is eating.

We have a progressive raised bowl set. We are in the middle stage, and Kippah just barely gets her mug in there, but they dont move at all. I got the set at Petsmart, they have several, and this was the only in a box, because it has the spare legs. She eats nice and slow and we have not 'urp' issues with the Bostons that we used to have when they drank water too fast (we use it half water half food)
On the advice of others on here, I bought raised food bowls for Molly because she was eating quickly and regurgitating after and even choked a couple of times. It helped slow her down and they don't move. I use an 8 inch height because the 12 was too high and there wasn't one in between. It really helped.
we like them
