Maybe someone can help with this as I am a bit perplexed . I have pups that are 24 days old,one is white. The others have started having the color change in their lips, nose etc for about a week now and with them its well under way. But the little white pup as of yet still has had absolutely no black coming in, his face is still pink. Is this common with white bullys? Do white pups develop the facial color change at a slowwer rate than other color pups? With the exception of a small black dot on his back his is completely white and he's the runt of the litter. I am thinking he may be leucistic in which case will he have a permanent pink face?

Pigment
The pigment has more to do with the breeding than with the actual color of the pup. Some white dogs have great pigment, while others never get a lot. That being said, some pups do take a lot longer than others to get their pigment in. When they're older and eating well, you can add sea kelp to the food to enhance the development.

Nothing yet
Still not a bit of pigment. I am planing to take him to a specialist on thursday if this holds to course and have him checked to see if just maybe he really is leucistic. I gotten quite a few calls with offers for him but I want to make sure all is fine
