Prayers Please

I am begging for all of the prayers anyone can spare for our bullie Bubba. He was just diagnosed with pneumonia and isn't doing well. He's 9 years old but still my baby! Please say a prayer for him.

So sorry to hear about Bubba. I have gone through pneumonia with Sophia, it is very scary but surviveable. Best wishes...

Thank you. His white blood cell count is 34000. He becomes very short of breath with any little activity. Just started yesterday. Day before he was perfectly fine. He is staying at the vet with oxygen therapy, antibiotics, bronchodialators, and steriods. I am so afraid.

Angel had Pneumonia several times.

My Bulldog has a Hypoplastic Trachea and has Pneumonia earlier in his life. We treated him successfully with Zithromax antibiotic. You can get the medication cheaper at Costco, even without a membership.

I will say many prayers for you and your sweet baby.

had Pneumonia when she was only 9 weeks old... Very Scary... We did have a nebulizer with just plain saline in it (if you can get it by his face and let him breath that in, it works) they also told me to put him in a hot steamy bathroom for only 10 min. (10 min. cause bully's don't do too well in the heat) and cup your hands and pat the sides of his chest - it will break things up... We did Both things, along with the meds twice a day!!!!! Prayers are coming your way, cause I know how you are feeling.... Let us know how things are going. They did give her a steroid too, made her NUTS - I actually liked seeing her a little nutty cause I knew she was feeling better!!!
