posting problems
Submitted by Peggy and Stoney on January 21, 2014 - 6:50amSo weird yesterday I could only post one time after that I could not post again. I tried in all the forums. The same thing happened a couple days ago when I tried to post in the general forum and could not. But, on that day I could post in the technical forum. Then the next day not at all. Today I'm testing that out again. I never received an answer to my query in the technical forum, so I'm not sure what's going on. I'll post this and try to post again.

I can't use IE to post..
I have to use Safari or Firefox. Very frustrating! Let me know if you need help.

Thank you. I'm not sure what's going on, sometimes it lets me post and sometimes not. I try to type in the message text or the message title and can't. I try to respond to messages or create a new post and it's anybody's guess if it will work. This may be dumb but I don't know what IE is. I do know Safari is on my cell phone and it's a search engine, I think :) So I think this will post today, fingers crossed.

IE is Internet Explorer. It is PC based. Your iPhone has Safari on it, that's why you can post from your phone but not your computer or a tablet that has Internet Explorer as your internet access. You can resolve the issue by using Firefox to go online instead of Internet Explorer.
