Positive thoughts/prayers needed...

Since I've witnessed how wonderful thinks can happen with the people on this board I am asking for some help. The wildfires in Texas are now threatening the house of the English Bulldog Rescue Network's house. She took care of the "babies" first and now they are safe her home is being threatened. She deserves a good deed for all she does for the bullies. Please could you send out some positive thoughts, prayers etc out for her, her husband and their home.

I'm in dripping springs texas. three of the fires is about 10 miles from me. i'm o.k. it's moving in the other direction from wher i'm at. another in bastrop country. OMG that is a something. i have friends and family there. everything is gone. they said 2 were dead from that one. tonight on the news they said 36,000 acer were wipe out. subdivision were wipe out. Bastrop only 45 mins from me on hwy 71. Stiener ranch another 45 mins also 20 homes wipe out. so prayers are needed. my sister lives in Conroe and said they are fires down there, on my list we trying to hear from Jen with the bulldog rescues there to see if she o.k. no word yet. so my question is where is your friend at. everyone please pray this fire does not get close to MIRIAM OLESEn with Omega bulldogs she just move to RED Rock the other side of bastrop. in fact we all need your prayers.

Sounds like we're thinking of the same person. Jen lives in Magnolia, she posted on facebook that the dogs were safe and she was going to do some packing (that was 5 hours ago). Thiese fires are terrible!! Are AmyandSophia in the Austin area?

We are up north of I20 and west of Dallas/Fort Wroth by about 50 miles. We are in Wise County and there are two fires burning up here. One is just directly south of us by a couple miles, the other is 6 miles east of us. Scary stuff. I have 12 horses and a three horse trailer....woul dhave to ride one, lead about 6, trailer 3, and call for help for the rest.

Ah, that's is still too close for comfort! I looked up a fire map and it looks like half of TX is on fire! Good luck...that is a lot to transport. Hopefully it won't come to that.
