Peroxide, Vinegar, and water Ratios?

Ok I lost my cheat sheet on making this up for Gizmo, to keep her feet from smelling like Corn Chips - (Possible Yeast Beasties)

Anyone remember the Ratio? I think it was equal parts peroxide to vinegar - but not sure how much water off hand

I use it as an ear cleaner. Equal parts water, peroxide and apple cider vinegar.
