Our "invention" to help keep chin dry -

Harley absolutely hated having his face wiped after he drank. So we bought a Lixit. Worked great for him to drink pretty much mess free with no wiping needed but the problem was these tend to drip a bit no matter what you do. My husband built the simple wood holder and we put it over his bowl so all the drips are caught. Harley can drink whenever he wants and no more wet face and no more wiping that tends to irritate face. Bonus is no more wet messy floor either!

can they get enough water that way??? is there a certain size you should buy???
Yes, they get as much as if they drank from bowl
or maybe even more since it all goes in their mouth :) We bought the biggest one we could find which is 64oz.

also, it just so happens we've noticed Sophie PREFERS to drink her water this way.....whenever we're outside with the hose, she
LOVES to drink from it. (with us holding it up, the way your thing is) ....and I love that she drinks MORE that way.....it would also
be nice to have dry floors again! LOL, ESPECIALLY after Meaty drinks!!!! Thanks again!
