Do you have an old resume to work from.... I would gladly help you, or just jot down your work history, and make sure to tell me what you do with KEY words specific to your job (you know, the techy words)
I can work on it tomorrow!
annette.hangartner@expresspros.com is my work email, or you can send it to me on FB too!

I have an online course that I am going to do on Friday about resume's so I can atleast get it from a rough draft, into somewhat readable draft !
so far my resume looks like
1 - I install computers
2 - I fix computers and if I can't fix them (go to #3)
3 - I uninstall computers :P
LOL well...its not quite that bad LOL I'm just horrible when it comes to talking about ANYTHING other than Gizmo! :)

format
other than adding your name and contact information that is the perfect format.........NOT lol
Some basics that I tell my clients:
ONE page, clear and easy to ready, use action words..........like performed, secured, maintained, managed, facilitated, etc...these would all be samples of lead out words when describing what you do. Bullets work nicely for this.
If you have longevity in jovs then use a date highlighted format. I really like most of the templates on Microsoft/templates/resumes
glad to help you out when you get your cheeeet together lol

English Degree
I am by no means an expert at writing a resume, but I do have a degree in English. So I can help with any grammar or spelling concerns.
