Bullies turn a lot of people into things they never thought they would be (e.g. people who sleep with their dogs, people who talk to their dogs, people who won't let anyone babysit their dog, etc, etc.).

I try SO HARD to keep Beatrix out of my lap when I drive. And usually she's content to sit with her chin on my shoulder. But sometimes......she just has to cuddle. And I am powerless to resist her.
Plus, once she worms her way onto my lap, it's just easier (and less dangerous) to drive around her than to try to get her to turn around and move back into the passenger seat....

Winston "observes" from the back seat, but he stands on the center console thing so his head is RIGHT NEXT to mine. :) I think our bullies just like to see and be seen while out on drives with us!

We had to leave Gimzo in her harness in the car, and we actually rigged up something in the child restraint system, to give her a little room, but to be 'secure' or she would be up in our laps !

My swimming bully buddy!
Sophie would make me ride in the back if she could!
She LOVES to help me drive, so I make her stay on the back seat!!! I have a couple of times when she almost caused me to wreck!

Sissy is great in the car!
Sissy is great in the car! She will just lay down and fall right asleep whether she's in the backseat or the front.
