Nope, he will never stop. He will always bite your girlfriend---better get rid of her.
:) Just kidding, it will stop. Replace her hand, arm, etc with proper chew toys. She needs to be firm with him too. Reward for good behavior, and correct your own (or her) actions....for example; if she goes to pet him and always comes toward her face with her hands that could be a trigger......or it could be in the way she plays with him that needs to be changed. Typically that old theory--dont bite the hand that feeds you--works quite well too.
He's a puppy, with active growing jaws. Get him Nyla bones, Kongs, and Cuz toys....they are all good for teething, and safe for strong jaws.

At that age puppies will chew/bite a lot of different things while they learn/explore/teethe. You and your girlfriend need to work on teaching him the appropriate things to bite/chew. Whenever he bites her (or you) you need to yelp like a puppy would and walk away. The biggest punishment a bully puppy can face at this age is the human stopping play time. Make sure you have plenty of other appropriate toys around for him to chew on as alternatives and reward him when he picks one of those!

My swimming bully buddy!
As soon as a puppy bites/chews something they arent to..
I immediately - Firmly - *NO* and I put a proper chew toy right in their mouth -
if its a person, a *YIP* or an *OUCH* - a *NO* and Chew Toy.
