Lola's new steps--- spoiled

Well after my post yesterday I found some great steps on Ebay, good reviews, real carpet, solid wood and all kinds of sizes.. check these out and let me know if your interested I can send you the link to his store.. these are 65 shipped, 20 inches high and 18 inch wide, steps are 9 inches deep.. about the same size as my stairs.. hope she will use them!!!

You might have to sort of show her what they're for. When we first put a step at the foot of the bed for Beatrix, she ignored it, and kept going around it like it was in her way. So we brought some treats in, and would use them to lure her up onto the step, and from there onto the bed (and likewise getting back down). Now she runs up and down the step like a champ, but we definitely needed to encourage her at the beginning.

Yeah she will def need encouragement.. Lola is very agile so its no prob for her to jump up but as she ages it will take a toll.. I will have to block the bed off and make the steps the only way up and down for a little while.. guess I will be using them too!
