OK bully guys and gals. Time for a bit of yoga - it's good to keep us nice and limber for those times when we need to jump off the sofa or out of bed when the fridge door opens.

Full extension of the back turkey leg - now streeeeetch. Maintain that slight elevation of your back end to promote flexibility. Now place your front legs in the ancient and time honoured "rigor mortus" position - and hold. Don't forget to breeeeeeath.... I find sticking out the tippy helps. But do what feels good for you.
