Paul worked a 19 hour day Thursday because he has a deadline to get a bunch of blueprints finished and printed.  That pretty much did him in.  It turns out his leg was already swelling prior to Thursday but he did not say anything.  Then sitting in the same spot for 19 hours finished it off.  Friday morning his leg was twice the size of the other.  He had it up most of the weekend, but was not getting better, and he mentioned that he had pain in the calf, then it went to the knee, then the thigh----that sounded like a blood clot so I made him go in.  Luckily there was no clot, but he does have celulitis---not uncommon after you have a knee and hip replacement on the same side.  So heavy duty antibiotics on board we were sent home last night.

I joke about dealing with an old man--but I just joke--most commonly how I deal with stress.  Right now I am dealing with some serious health issues myself  (blown disks) and I feel l about 25 years older than I am--so I have no room to tease him!
