Jack's playdate
Submitted by SNACPete on January 31, 2012 - 5:41pmWe learned from Jack's trainer that there is a bulldog group that meets every weekend about 5 minutes from our house. We went this past Sunday and I couldn't believe the turnout! There had to have been about 30 bulldogs and a few other dogs there. The pictures don't tell the whole story. I was standing in the middle of the field and in every direction, there were bulldogs romping, snorting, wrestling, you name it. It was awesome! Needless to say, Jack was pooped after his playdate.

Yup, every Saturday and Sunday. I can't believe how lucky we are! And as if it couldn't get any better....our friend's chocolate shop is right across the street from where these people meet. Bulldogs, chocolate, my life doesn't get better!

That is so awesome. We only heard of other bulldogs from our vet. That is great that you have other bullies to have play time with.

Kippah went to the dog park for the first time this weekend, and we thought THAT was pretty cool (we live a sheltered life!)
There were HUGE dogs there and they all followed Kippah around the yard, where ever she went they went, when she came up to the bench where we were they joined---a huge Husky on my lap!

We live in Va Beach. The group started at an online site and then they moved to a facebook page where its easier for new people to find them.
