YUP, sometimes for cards, or note tablets, hair stuff for my daughter (clips etc) plastic storage containers, seasonal stuff like tissue paper, candles etc

Almost always in her own crate, once or twice a month she will sleep with us

I hate them, but I always run outside to watch them. AND I sleep with a loud thunder machine every night.

Uhhhhhh, WHAT? I think the seat might get lost...have you seen how small those are!

Making 200 cupcakes and freezing them for my God Daughters wedding next weekend (will Frost the morning of the wedding) Going out to dinner when ever possible, doing as little yard work and house work as possible. And taking some pictures of Kippah, cuz I have been a real slacker lately

In the evening, or when my daughter is home alone. Also when we have bad winds.......as if the wind could blow it open......LOL

I have to make 100 pecan tarts for my cousins wedding next weekend. I have a picky husband on baked goods, so he won't let me make them then freeze them. So I get to make those next Friday.

not sure they would freeze all that well, These cupcakes are made with a simple mix, but then sour cream or yogurt added, once they are frozen they come out so nice and moist. Then I fill them....raspberry cream cheese in the lemon ones, and strait nutella in the chocolate...then frosted with buttercream on the lemon topped with a fresh raspberry, and choc cream cheese buttercream on the choc, topped with a hazelnut.....all that will be done Saturday morning in the hotel room (filling and frosting)
I tried to convince her to do a regular wedding cake, but nope....cupcakes it is

She will sleep in her crate til I can trust her and then on her bed.

Love the rain and thunder etc but not the wind.

Not usually. Usually send my hubby on errands and no longer work. Yeah!

In Canada we have Remembrance Day on Nov.11. We wear a red poppy to show our respect for all war vets both alive and deceased. I always go to the Memorial service held at our local Canadian Legion where wreaths are laid at the cenotaph, In Flanders Fields is recited, Prayers are given, Anthems are sung at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.

Always and not because anything bad has happened. Just makes me feel more secure.

Flu shot. I was supposed to get the tetanus, but said no. That hurts the arm too much.

Yes, there is a parade and then a gathering in a park in town.

Ice Wine is
a delicious and quite expensive wine. The grapes are not harvested until after they have been touched with frost -usually sometime in Jan. It is mostly served with dessert as it has a higher sugar content. Iniskillin, Cave Springs and Magnota wineries are all well known for their ice wine. It is yummy.
Yes, its one of my favorites
I am in Washington state, and we have a couple great ice wines....but I am always on the look out for another good one. In our region they hit the first frost usually in October, and they go out and harvest before the sun even comes up. I had the pleasure of getting a call from one of my friends who has a winery. 3am the phone rings and y ou would have thought he was having his first child or something....it was PERFECT timing for the grapes, the temp, and even the moonlight...we were out picking at 4am, by the light of the moon and lanterns!
