for two labs and two lhasa apso dogs for Christmas but have forgotten where to order them from. I am hoping someone will be able to steer me in the right direction. Also what size would the two breeds be best suited with? Thanks

j/k that would be jolly ball over load in your house lol
We bought ours from PetSmart. I'm sure you can buy on the petsmart website. As far as the size I'm not sure, but I would get the large size just to be on the safe side (10 inches I think?)

I bought mine online, from Amazon, and it came from Dogs.com or something like that. I would say a large and small. We bought all Sm, med and large, Kippah of course carries around the Large, has ever since we got them....when they were taller than she was. It is still huge for her, but you know bullies!
If you order Amazon sign up for a free trial of Prime, and get free shipping, just dont foget to cancel within 30 days, or you buy Prime Status. It gives you free shipping on 2 day ship, you can also get free streamining on TV and movies to your PC or MAC or internet capable TV. I forgot to cancel mine and they charged my account, but as soon as I said cancel I had the money back in 24 hours, now we are actually thinking of getting it--free shipping AND replace NEtflix for $80 a year!

Since you went off topic, I'll go there too. Jack just bought me the Kindle Fire for Christmas. (He's a good dog and very smart for being able to order this!) This thing will stream Netflix plus the Amazon Prime movies, if you get the membership. Plus all of my books.....I'll be in heaven!
Now on the subject, I got Jack's Jollyball from Petsmart. We bought it in store for 19.99 and its the 8 inch. I know that just around here, prices can very from store to store even if they are only a mile apart. But if you want to order from Amazon, you might get a better price. I have this trick that has worked on just about everything I've ordered. I find what I want and then I put it in my wish list. Everyday I go to my wish list and click on that item and check the price. After a few days, the price will go lower. I keep doing this until I see the price go back up so that I know what the cheapest I can get the item for. Then I start the process over until that lower price is reached again. I don't know why Amazon does this, but I've sometimes gotten things half off if I've waited. It does take patience because it could be a 2 week process. But at Christmas time, I've saved a ton of money doing this.

I was just thinking about putting that Kindle on my list....and I did see that Amazon Prime has free kindle downloads every month. Maybe I will change my request for socks to a new Kindle ( I have a KoBo).....Kippah might need an allowance increase though.
Although there is nothing better than the feel of an actual book in my hands I must admit. I do alot of book studies, and I also write reviews now and then, I do love to highlight and mark in books--especially if it is a Spritual topic.

the Ipad2 is so realistic that when you highlight something on a page and then turn the page over, you can see the faint outline of the highlight on the other side of the page. Just like having a real book in your hands except it's lighter and plastic.
for your suggestions everyone. Also for the tangents which followed.LOL I have found some jolly balls and ordered them for my granddogs and can't wait to get a new puppy of my own in the spring so I can order her some too. Again my thanks to all.

Definitely get the bigger ones. I got one of the smaller ones with the green ball inside it for Sissy, and my German Shepherd smashed through it like it was nothing lol. (he's not usually a chewer, but if it's a ball, he will find a way to destroy it)

Horses love them too! So most feed stores carry two sizes of Jolly Balls. I would get the smaller size to start, but lots of bullies here play with the larger ones just fine!
Buy ALL the jolly balls

Fatboy aka Stinky :)
I got mine @ one of the big pet store chains ending in 'Mart' :)
There are several to pick from -
I have a medium that has the holes in it, and a smaller ball inside - (teaser)
I have a large that is 'puncture resistant' (I think that is the terminology)
They also have balls w/ handles on them, and rope handles too -
But both chains starting in PET carry them :)

I like your method and will put it to the test.
I've been searching for antler chews and jolly balls :D
Fatboy aka Stinky :)
link for size and prices on Amazon, seems about same as #@(SMart
So it was the XL, Large and Med we got, I did not buy the 4 inch--good thing, Kippah would not touch it I am sure, and my Bostons like the 6 inch
http://www.amazon.com/Jolly-10-Inch-Teaser-Ball-Blue/dp/B0002ARYY8
But the little dogs -Lappsos- might do better with the 4 inch one, they have a narrow snout, unlike Bulldogs or Bostons.
