I lost my Lily today.
Submitted by Joy on October 23, 2011 - 5:05pmI am in shock. I took her to get her nails clipped and she passed on the way home. She's only 6 1/2 yrs old. No signs of trouble. I am just so numb. I can't believe this happened.

I am so sorry.....I hate stories like this that have no reason to them. It is crazy to think that something like this could happen...by why....why?!

Thank you for all your kind words. In 2004, I found the Bulldog World website. I followed your advice, tips, and guidance - and in Jan 2005, Lily joined our family. Throughout the years, I have followed your bulldogs, as well as sharing my Lily. I participated in the Christmas Exchange, the Bulldogs to Bagbad, and the Christmas Cards Exchanges. I have watched your puppies grow up, some into Champions, Movie Stars, and Couch Potatoes. I haven't posted for awhile, as I have been taking care of my MIL. But I check in often to catch up. When you have shared your losses, I felt your loss. I still miss many of the bulldogs who have crossed. With regards to my loss, I appreciate your kindness and I know that you are the only ones who truly understand how I feel. I am still shocked. I miss Lily so much. I just want to thank you all for your support and advice throughout the years. I am not going away - I will continue to lurk and continue to watch your bullies grow. Thanks again.
