I have a question....
Submitted by msbshp on December 6, 2011 - 7:17pmHas anyone ever witnessed their bully pushing his/her food out of their food bowl almost immediately after you put it in there...cause Deisel does that...he even covers it up with a towel?? Does anyone know why he would do this? he has done it since I adopted him from a single military man who had him the 1st 2yrs of his life. Thx in advance for any input.

I've seen dogs perform all kinds of weird rituals
before eating and before laying down. Never gotten a good explanation as to why they do any of it, so I guess it falls into the category of "who knows".
Sounds like your guy has quite a routine, gotta love their quirks.

he eats it...
he has been eating since i got him, he just acts like he doesnt like it in the bowl....he knocks it out and eats off the floor and then covers whats left in the bowl with a towel.....
