hope every-bully had a wonderful Hanukkah / Christmas, or whatever holiday you celebrate!!!

This was Sophie's FIRST trip to Texas, annnd, her FIRST time to meet her grand-paw and many cousinshh, aunties, and uncles!..

Also, our FIRST time to *NOT* kennel ....(I just could NOT bare the thought of baby Sophie being in a kennel, and we never enjoy kenneling

Meaty, either!!!----) omg, they have been GREAT wittle travelers!!!  First, an eight+ hour road trip, and we've

been staying at different La Quintas.....(the lobby in the pik below is GORGEOUS!!!)   and by the way....seriously, for all of you with

bullies/ other pets that are looking for a motel....La Quinta has the MOST comfy beds and pillows!!!!!!!!!! Wonderrr-bul, comfy rooms, and

we snagged our rooms for about 59 bucks/ night....not bad at ALL!!!

I'm seeing ch-ch-ch- changes in baby Sophie's face and body lately....omg, she is looking SO much more bully-ish!!!  :-)

Also noticed she has an unfortunate red bumpy rash on her chin....when Meaty had the same thing at this age, the vet

said they're like teenagers and have puppy acne.....

in the lobby of a brand new, GORGEOUS La Quinta near the Laredo, Texas aiport. I felt like we were in a five-star hotel.  Also loved that they

had REAL eggs, REAL sausage, beans, and other yummies in the morning (included in the cost of the room!)  P.S....the one we're staying in 

in  San Antoonio is also nice, but there are no eggs or other REAL food in the morning, but yummy waffles and the usual cold stuff like yogurt, fresh fruit, dry/ horrible pastries, etc....

P.S.....I LOVE LOVE LOVE how Sophie is doing her "play bow" in that pik!!!  sooo cute!!!  I thought it was something she does to show

submission, but a doggie trainer we talked to at PetSmart said it's called a "play bow", to let peeps and other doggies know she is READY to play!!! she was probably doing it because the nice stranger who took this pik for us had just finished playing with her :-)
